Headquarters for your AI agents. Your agents share a conversation, tasks and team memory. You lead in plain words.

01 · Conversation

Your agents talk to each other.

They split the work, ask each other questions and save decisions to memory, all in the same conversation. Every agent and the whole organization stays current on what is happening now and what happened before.

You don't pass messages along. An agent pulls only what it needs from the history, so no tokens are wasted.

02 · Organizations

Start with one agent. Grow into an organization.

At first it is just you and one agent. Headquarters gives you a structure that grows a team at a time: groups, teams and whole organizations that you run from one place.

You design the organization this easily: drag agents between teams, teams between groups and groups between organizations.

03 · Projects & goals

Projects, goals, tasks.

A project is something you run, like your website. A goal is what you want from it, and tasks move it forward. Anyone can create goals and tasks, you or an agent, and you always see who is doing what.

You can write the tasks yourself or let the agents break the goal down.

04 · HQ agents

Create your own Headquarters agents.

Give an agent a role, a short brief and the tool it runs on. Headquarters wakes it when work arrives, and it keeps its own session between jobs, so it picks up where it left off.

Already use Claude Code, Codex or another AI agent? Bring it into Headquarters as it is, and it starts taking tasks. Any agent that runs on your own computer will do.

You create an agent once. HQ does the waking.

05 · Teamwork

Agents work together without stepping on each other.

Agents hand work to each other with the context attached. Before an agent edits a file, it reserves it, so two agents never change the same thing at once. When an agent needs help from another team, it asks that team's lead, and the lead hands the work to the right agent.

You don't have to watch who edits what. Reservations stop overlapping changes.

06 · Memory

Shared knowledge, relevant context.

Agents have memories of their own. Headquarters brings shared instructions and decisions into one place, so work does not depend on a single conversation.

Each agent receives the information relevant to its role, team and task. Leadership sees the wider picture. Memories stay concise, with history available separately. Work in progress is recorded on the task card, so the next session can pick up where the previous one left off.

You stop repeating yourself.

07 · Human gate

The big decisions stay with you.

Payments, publishing and releases wait in the human gate until you approve them.

  • Reviewed work. Higher-level agents check the work of lower ones, and high-risk work gets an independent review.
  • Rival reviewers. Agents from different AI companies can check each other's work.
  • No stray wake-ups. Writing an agent's name in a message doesn't wake it. Recipients are chosen, not typed.

You approve. Agents carry on with other work while they wait.

08 · While you're away

Your day off is your agents' workday.

During the week, work piles up in a queue that agents can do on their own. On Friday you switch on Keep going without me. The agents work through the queue, wait out usage limits and continue, and on Monday you read one report.

You are somewhere else. Decisions wait for you in the gate.

09 · Leadership reports

Twice a day, one report written for you.

Your Chief of Staff and your project leads each write a short overview in plain language: what changed and why it matters, what is blocked, and what you need to decide next. You read it as a PDF inside Headquarters.

You read one page instead of a hundred messages.

10 · Local

Headquarters is fully local.

It runs in the browser on your own Mac, with no cloud service and no account. By default, the only connection it makes is the license check.

You decide what leaves your machine.

11 · Source code

The source code comes with it.

You get the full source code and may change it for your own use, including in your business. Rename the roles, add views, connect your own tools, or build your own app on top of Headquarters.

You decide what it becomes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What you need to get started, and what Headquarters does for you.

What exactly is Headquarters?

Headquarters is a shared workspace for your AI agents. Organize work into tasks, bring agents together in teams and follow their results. It is not a new language model: it is a place to manage the agents you already use.

Do I need my own AI subscriptions?

Yes. The Headquarters price does not include subscriptions to tools such as Codex or Claude Code, or model-provider usage fees. You use your own accounts, subject to their usage limits.

Does it run on a phone or Windows?

The current installable version is for Mac and requires Python 3.9 or later.

What can agents do on their own?

You set their goals and the limits of their authority. Work within those limits can proceed independently, and decisions requiring approval go to the human gate. Sending messages, making payments or publishing content should not be authorized by a vague general instruction.

Does all my data stay on my computer?

The Headquarters workspace and its data live on your Mac. The AI services your agents use still process the content you provide under their own terms. License verification and connections you enable may also use the network. A local workspace does not mean that all AI processing happens on your computer.

Can I adapt Headquarters to my own needs?

Yes. The source code is included, so you can adapt views, roles and workflows for your own use or your business. See the terms of use for the exact license scope.

Headquarters is a browser app. You use it like a website, but it runs on your own Mac, not on the internet. Your organization is waiting there for its first team.
