How to ask for a refund
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or email headquarters@syntropia.fi with your order number. Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, returns the payment to your original payment method.
After the refund, your license key is deactivated, and you should delete the software.
Your statutory rights
Headquarters is digital content that is delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal can end once the download starts with your consent. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless of that.
If Headquarters does not work as described, you also have the rights that consumer law gives you, and we will help to fix the problem or refund you after the 14 days as well.
