How it works
You send receipts. Everything else is taken care of.
Nothing needs sorting or naming. Send your documents to the portal as they are, and we handle the rest.

1Sign in to the portal
You sign in with your email and password. We send you an invitation link to create your account when you become a client.

2See your company at a glance
Your overview shows which documents we are waiting for and by when. You can also create and send sales invoices from the same place. If you use your own AI agent, you give it a key. The agent then sends your documents for you, so you do not even need to sign in. Invoices the agent prepares are only sent once you approve them.

3Send receipts and bank statements
Drag files onto the page or choose them. On a phone you can photograph a receipt. After that, we handle the bookkeeping, filings and financial statements.

Our accountant looks after your books and is there whenever you need them. We use accounting agents for the routine work, so there is more time for you.

The price depends only on your company's turnover. The number of transactions or receipts does not affect the price.

Can I switch from my current accounting firm?
Yes. We ask your current accounting firm for the information we need, handle the switch and the notifications, and make sure your bookkeeping continues without a break. The switch is included in the price.
Do I need to know how to use accounting software?
No. You send receipts and invoices to the document portal, and we handle the rest. See how easy it is
Is the document portal in English?

Who is responsible for the bookkeeping?
Syntropia Oy is responsible for your bookkeeping and its quality. Our accountant checks the work, including the parts our accounting agents do. Your company is responsible for the documents you give us being correct, as the law requires. The law also requires accounting firms to register in the anti-money laundering supervision register of the Finnish Supervisory Agency (Lupa- ja valvontavirasto), and Syntropia is registered there as an accounting service provider (LVV-U/128176/2026).
What is a pilot customer?
In a pilot, your bookkeeping is done with us alongside your current bookkeeping. After the pilot, you get the same service permanently for 60% less than you pay now. Ask about a pilot place
What does AI consulting Lite include?
45 minutes every month. We go through what AI development means for your industry, where it could help your company and what to do next. You can move the session to a later month four times a year, and you can cancel the consulting at any time.
What is not included in the price?
Foreign trade costs €50/month + VAT extra. Payroll is priced in a quote. Special reports are done only if we have agreed on them in advance.

Can I see my reports at any time?
Yes. Your entries and reports are available up to date, and you can print them.
How long is the contract?
The contract is valid until further notice. No notice period: you can stop at any time. Otherwise the terms are the general terms of the Finnish accounting sector, TAL2023 (PDF in Finnish).
